Hello,
Even if you belong to Maharashtra but your CBSE school for class 12th boards belongs to Rajasthan, then your home state would be considered Rajasthan and not Maharashtra. So, in this case, you won't be eligible to have home state quota seat in VNIT, Nagpur but you are now eligible to get home state quota seat in MNIT, Jaipur due to your school for class 12th in Rajasthan state.
