Hi,

Yes , obc certificate should be issued by the competent authority . The sub caste should tally with the central list of OBC .OBC candidates should not belong to creamy layer . The certificate must be issued by the district magistrate /additional magistrate/collector/ deputy commissioner/additional deputy commissioner/deputy collector/1st class stipendiary magistrete/ sub division magistrate /taluka magistrate/ executive magistrate /extra assistant commissioner/ revenue officer not below the rank of tehshildar .

Yes if you are OBC NLC (NON-CREAMY-LAYER) then u have a benefit of that cast other wise if Ur OBC CL (CREAMY-LAYER ) Then Ur consider as general Cota mean Ur oc only
