Sorry but I didn't get your question , how can you get govt seat in private college. But if your question is about fetching seat in private college , then with 398 marks you surely can land into a good private college in Karnataka .

Hello varsha, Top private medical colleges in Karnataka are :- 1. kasturba Medical College (kmc) , Udupi Fees - 37.70 lakhs 2. St. John's Medical College (SJMC) , Banglore Fees - 27.89 lakhs 3. kasturba Medical College , Manglore Fees - 55.80 lakhs 4. Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences , Belgaum Fees - 63.725 lakhs 5. S.
