yes aspirant, you can go through it as the jntuk has announced that they were only 57 seats were available to grasp for the students that to having the rank below 15k as well, as you told that you belongs to sc category they are 80% chance for you to get seat and the branch you are asking for is competative in the field so i think you can hold it as well, all the best for your future dear aspirant.
