You have scored a very good marks in jee mains.I hope you will do well in jee advance too.
Now, as you have mentioned that you have got 161,so whichever category yo belong to either general,obc or sc/st you will get NIT for sure!
You belonging of category will determine which type of NIT you will get as per education standards.

Sir i belongs t bc-b category i got 161 marks i choose t take cse which is most suitable college for me
