yeah, you have chance. But you have to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 to get the best seat with your crl rank. But no one can pridict the closing ranks. So, once you can check the previous year closing ranks for all NITs and IIITs and fill your choices in the special round counciling of CSAB 2019 then you can get the seat definitely. Yes ofcourse you are definitely eligible for csab round.
But the thing matter is that weather you will get any good college or not.
And with this Rank it will be not possible to get any good nits or IIITs .
I would suggest you to go with any good state college or in private colleges like :

• Cu
• Thapar
• Uiet
