There aren't any chances of getting seat in Osmania University as your score is not sufficient.

It is said that students with more then 70+ and less then 1000 are allowed to get admission in OU.

I have even heard that SC doesn't have any special requirement of marks for admission.But i don't no for sure.

If you are SC or St then give a try ones.But don't keep any expectations.
