As per the IPE Score mentioned by you and the Marks in EAMCET taking into consideration you may better to take core branches like CSE or ECE, MECH, CIVIL.

ECE to learn electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. Maths also plays crucial as Signal & Systems, Digital Signal Processing all if you can cope good knowledge you can lead a better life or if you are an medium going student can go with other than cse & ece as there is no tension of programming knowledges.
