As you have mentioned that you have secured 85930 rank in viteee. Considering the previous years cutoff it seem that it is impossible for you to get cse in vit vellore campus. The cutoff rank is very low im comparison to yours. Also vellore campus is the main branch and is very demanding so as the branch cse. So you can try for other colleges.
