1st check cutoff  of your home state NIT Or GIFs there you have maximum chance to get in but you won't be able to get top branches like CS, IT, ECE OR EE. And in orther orther state you must try on BIT Mesra you can get chemical engineering is sport round. And next, you can try on north easter NITs too there also cutoff are approx50k in sport round. Moreover, there are saveral goverment colleges which do not vary famous but there are really good so do check for them as you have to fill a sperate counseling forms for that.

See the percentile u have got is enough for u to bag a seat in the above average NITs but not for the best one for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. U can opt for NIT JAIPUR , NIT WARANGAL , NIT DURGAPUR ,etc.
