As per your rank , it is very difficult to get cse branch in any of the government colleges. But you may try for your home state nit as it will be beneficial. Else you can opt for electronics and communication which is equivalent to cse. Don't lose hope as you did your best and college doesn't matter much you can also go for private colleges on merit based system and excel there.
