Congratulation on scoring good rank you are eligible for both the colleges as the closing cutoff for them starts from 11,000-20,000 you may not get CSE in BVRIT or if the closing rank increases you may get it but you will easily get other branches in BVRIT and in CBIT you are eligible for all the branches .
