IISER never releases cutoff for IAT so it is very difficult for anyone to answer this question as the cutoffs could change drastically. They only tell you whether you are selected or not. Even though, 116/180 is a good score and most probably you'll be able to get admitted into any IISER of your choice. Most people predict that the cutoff is usually around 110 for Pune and Kolkata so I guess you've passed the cutoff for them too.
