Hello,
The neet pg guidelines say that you can apply for counselling from the state in which you have done mbbs and the state of which you are a domicile, that is, you have studied for atleast 6 years. So, according to this you can apply for state counselling for Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. You are not eligible from Telangana.
