Candidates seeking admission in the BE/ B.Tech., B.Arch course in Anna University should be intermediate graduates with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.  For admission to B.Tech/B.E the candidates need to qualify in Tamil entrance exam(TNEA). Admission to B.Arch. programmes are based on valid NATA entrance exam scores.

For MBA courses, candidates with a valid score in GATE are also eligible to apply. Such candidates are exempted from TANCET.
