Hello,

Choice entry meaning you are choosing your own preference colleges. Like you choose some Colleges then your 1st priorities are those colleges will try to give this college to you according your ranking through the counselling. If you are not entry your choice feeling then any college is preferable for your rank which is selected for you. This is the difference.

I was not make the choice entry in 1 st round so in second round seat is not alloted for me can I participate in 3 rd round councilling
