If you meant MBA program you need to appear for CAT (Common Aptitude Test) 2019. You wil have to score really well in CAT to be shortlised for GDPI of FMS since it is one of the premier bschools with low fees and also to compensate for your previous academic scores. The competitiona nd effort required will be high. Keep working hard till you attain your dream.

There are 2 stages that a candidate goes through before getting selected for MBA Programme.

1. The first stage is appearing for the CAT Examconducted by the IIMs.
2. On clearing the required cut-offs and the composite score, a candidate is called for the second round which comprises of Extempore Speech, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview (PI).

Yes you can target FMS, Delhi. However, for this college you need to appear for CAT (Common Aptitude Test) 2019 for which the registration will start in the month of June 2019 and exam is generally held in the last week of November. 

To target FMS you need to score atleast 99.9 percentile to get a call for GD/PI. As your previous years scores are not that great you need to really work hard on entrance exam.
