You have a great dream within you.I appreciate you for that.For becoming a Collector you should clear the UPSC Civil services exam.It has two parts prelims and mains.It is a very competitive and difficult exam but with dedicated hard work you can easily crack it.As an eligibility for writing the UPSC exam you should have completed any UG degree.So I would suggest you to pursue any course of your interest(BSc, BE or any course that depends on your passion) and concentrate for Civil Services exam right from your UG so that it becomes easy for you.
