The cut-off depends on whether it is your home state or outside the state; whether you come under any category or which branch you take up.

In NIT Delhi, the general cutoff goes from 8k to 17k for home state and it goes from 1600 to 9k for outside the state. For the OBC rank goes from 4k to 12k and for outside the state, the rank goes from 900 to 3k. The rank for SC goes from 400 to 5.6k for the home state and for the outside state the rank goes from 500 to 2.1k. The ST category rank goes from 1.5k to 4.5k and the outside the state rank goes from 200 to 400.
