You can use the float option and participate in the second phase of counselling.
Hence the college in first round will be as an option while you can see for better colleges in second phase. After that you can go with the better one.

If you are not satisfied with what you have got and you believe that a better college is availble for you then I will suggest you to go for the second round of counselling with the option of FLOAT so that your seat will not be gone if you don't get any in the second round.
