Coming to your question as you have not cleared it of which state domicile you have so two cases arises.

if you don't have Haryana state domicile

I want to tell you that if you does not have your domicile of Haryana then it becomes difficult for you to get into that college, according to the last year trend.  

As in all India  category it becomes difficult to get into that college.

if you have domicile

then you have the chance to get into this university according to last year stats .
