Well dear,SPA is one of the most prestigious colleges of Architecture also known as IIT of architecture,so it has a really high cut-off,even though according to your OBC rank you can get admission here,but,since you said your home state is Tamil Nadu,so,if you are OBC from Tamil Nadu,then in Delhi you will be counted as general and according to your CRL getting admission is really difficult as you need a CRL of 1000 or less to get admission here,If your OBC certificate is issued from the central government then you have chanches to get admission here else with CRL is really difficult.
