hey chatla, the marks you scored are very less to secure a goverment seat for mbbs and even for bds.seeing this year's cutoff being very high the marks you scored would not land you in any goverment college.So, the only thing you can do now is take admission in private medical college and choose your course wisely or you may give one more year for your preparation.

I am sorry to say that with this mark it is very difficult for you to get a govt MBBS or BDS seat.

However you might have few chances in private BDS seat.

However the closing ranks for different college keeps on changing every year so i would suggest you to go for counseling process.
