There maybe network issues or sometimes there maybe delay for the confirmation of the payment from the bank. Don't get panic wait for few hours for around 1 day then go to the bank and get confirmed first . In most of the cases due to bad network you will not be getting the payment confirmation. Just have patience .

If the payable amount has already been deducted from your account and it is not refunded please contact your bank to initiate refund. Sometimes the payment gateway fails and the amount if deducted gets refund. It will be advisable for you to contact your bank with details and proof of payment. Hope this helps
