Yes, if you have not appeared for the 1st OJEE, you can still apply for the Special OJEE (also called the 2nd OJEE). This exam is meant for students who missed the main OJEE or could not get admission through their JEE Main score. It is also used to fill remaining vacant seats in B.Tech, B.Pharm, MCA, MBA, and other courses.

You just need to watch out for the Special OJEE registration dates, which are usually announced after the first round of counselling. Once you take the exam, your rank will be generated, and you can participate in the admission process for the leftover seats.
