Hello Zebakouser. Only with IPE marks you cannot get admission into Osmania University (OU). You need to write entrance exam like EAMCET and qualify with very good rank to get a seat in Osmania University as this is one of the top college in Telangana. So writing entrance exam is mandatory for getting admission in OU. So write the entrance exam.
