Unfortunately you cannot convert CSE at Dr Ambedkar institute of technology as cutoffs below 15000 ranks in Category 2A.

You have great chances with following colleges innCSae:

Achutha institute of technology
SJC Institute of technology
Reva University
University BDT college of engineering.
