According to what I can see from the last year cutoff, the closing score for CSE and ETC was 138 and 118 respectively under Odisha state quota until last round. So according to that you won't be able to get your desired branches. Though, the cutoffs vary every year and this year is no exception. So fill in your choices properly and wait until the last round of counseling, you may get the seat but no guarantee obviously.
