Hi ! You have quite good chances of getting ECE in third tier nit colleges, like nit Manipur, nit Jharkhand, nit Meghalaya. For IIIT you can have IIIT Kurnool and other third tier IIIT. It is very hard for you to get CSE and you will get it only and only if there is some vacancy. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
