BSc Genetics will be the best course for you to pursue your course in genetics. But in Delhi University BSc Genetics course is not available but there is department of genetics in Delhi University which offers MSc in Genetics and post graduation. So you can choose BSc  in biology in under graduation level and later join MSc course in your masters in genetics. Hope this was helpful.
