You just need a degree to get the government permission for opening  and a solid business plan such as The Investment,Operation costs,Infrastructure costs ,Marketing costs etc. Also, you need to find a place suitable for more profits such as near a clinic or a hospital. Also, if you are a pharmacist,you have the advantage of manpower costs being less,and your expertise will be helpful to in running the business, otherwise you will need a qualified man to do so which might cost you.

Coming to the Super Market, if you are talking about complex, means opening all necessary shops in one place then it might not be profitable as pharmacy shop. It depends on many factors such as number of workers you need, maintainance and infrastructure charges, cost price, place for complex etc. But if you open a grocery store in a suitable place with minimum number of workers then it might be profitable or can give you a good revenue.
