To join colleges of tamil nadu u need to give state level entrance exam of tamil nadu which is comedk.
Also you require a domicile certificate to get admission using comedk marks.

You can join RVCE,PES by giving entrance exam called COMEDK UGET which is conducted in the month of May 2018 and the application form will be released in the morh of April.This exam consists of 180 questions(60 each from pcm) to be solved in a duration of 3 hours.It is conducted in online mode.You have to score minimum 150 marks in this exam to get your desired branch in RVCE OR PES.
