Hello dear!

As per last year, with 280 marks your AIR would be around 3 lakhs. But the closing rank for minority category in telangana was around 90k (that was in ayaan Institute of medical sciences). And for BDS the cut off was about 1lakh.Unless you have additional reservations like NCC, CAP etc you hold no chances to get a free medical or dental seat in telangana. But you can try for management quota seat.
