As per the 2018 cut offs the minimum marks to get into a government medical college in Mumbai was somewhere around 495 and usually it stays in between 520 to 530 and may range to 600 for the best medical colleges like Seth GS medical college
for private colleges the cutoffs are usually around 450 to 470 but have gone to as low as 376 as of 2018 estimates
concluding this affair I would like to state that you must try to score in excess of 550 to get into decent government medical colleges availing the 85% state quota in Maharashtra

For getting admission in Government College through NEET the competition is tough. The cutoffs rise and fall every year.

If you want to be sure to get admission in Government Medical College for MBBS then try to score above 590-600.
