Hello,

There is no need to panic. As of yet there is no news about 3 allotments so we have to assume that there will be 4 seat allotments this year in KEAM 2019 counselling process. Please follow this link for further information about KEAM: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/keam-counselling . Also you have mentione Birla Institute of Technology Mesra whose allotment does not happen through KEAM. Its counselling is done by JoSAA since it is a GFTI.
