Hello Ankith ! It's no doubt that Chemistry is the most scoring amongst all the section in JEE Mains & Advanced and that most of the aspirants aim to score well in this section. I would highly recommend making first your basic concepts crystal clear with the help of NCERT (especially for JEE Mains). There are some really good books out there such as Narandra Awasthi for Physical Chemistry, MS Chouhan for Organic Chemistry and NCERT for Inorganic Chemistry. Going through the previous year papers would definitely give you a better idea. Atlast, it's just practice and practice. All the best !
