The last date for applying in tiss ma is extended to 30 November, 2019. The last date for receipt of application by post is 3 December, 2019. Tiss offers admissions to students for MSc., M.A, M.P.H, M.H.A etc., The exam is known as TISSNET.  Still there's time. You can fill the application form as soon as possible. Hope that helps.
