please specify in which field you want government college details. Because there are government seats in India for various courses like B.Tech/MBBS/BBA/Bcom/LLB/B.sc. and many more.

The total seats for MBBS in govt. medical colleges are 41,388 seats are there in 272 colleges through NEET.

MD - 19,953

MS - 10,821

PG Diploma - 1979

DNB CET - 1338

The total colleges are 6102 MS/MD/PG Diploma and 649 hospitals (DNB)
