Actually vit vellore is old campus as comared to IIIT kanchipuram and IIT kanchipuram is currently running classes in NIT Tirchy. so it have the high equiped laboratory and high standard faculty. If you interested particularly in computer science then you have go with vit vellore  because it has good placement cell for CSE branch. if you want good knowledge  then you have to go with IIIT kanchipuram.
