Every private colleges have some seats reserved for management quota. The availablity of these s eats depends on level of the college. As it also needs candidate through entrance exams, so maximum of the seats are utilised there.

College take the fees of management seat as donation for its development, and in return it gives you an opportunity to study in the college, but you need to give the regular fees too.

SInce, VIT Vellore is a very prestigious institution with great placement records, so it may charge you around 3 Lakh to 5 Lakh depending on the branch you wish. The computer science branch seats are most demanding and hence, needs higher amount and are filled quickly.
