If you dint find any college being allocated to you so its Surely not a problem. It so happened because the choice that you filled would not be matching with the rankings you have scored so you need to wait for the other rounds of counselling and you're going to get the college you want only if you're rank would be elligible for it.

Hey Rahul! West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board has released the first allotment of WBJEE 2019 counselling on 3rd july. On the basis of choices filled and entrance exam merit, seats are allotted to candidates in round 1. For those who will get seats, they have to make the online payment of provisional admission fee and visit the institute allotted for document verification and subsequent admission process. Those who will not get seats in round 1 of WBJEE , they may be allotted seats in round 2 and so on.
