As you mentioned that you have recieved he rank list,then you need to wait for general counselling rank which will start soon, to get updates stay tuned with  us at:

And then as per your rank , you will be called for counselling rounds, where you need to verify your documents, then choose your colleges. if the seats would be vacant you will be given that seat, otherwise you need to wait for next round.
