There are certain provisions through which you can avail a fee reduction being a ST category Student.

They don't have any Scholarship type system but they have a fee reduction category for SC/ST.

Coming to the second part of the question. For the final selection, your GD/PI and Extempore carries 20% weight age.

They generally selects the trending topics from recent economics activities like slump in GDP, effect of foreign remittances during covid -19 or post corona, Banking frauds, etc.
