Dear Aspirant,

There are no good colleges which gives admission in their Btech Computer Science program without any entrance, however, there are some other entrance exams you can give other than JEE for some good colleges:-

BITSAT

VITEEE

SRMJEE

UPSEEE

EAMCET

MHT CET

WBJEE

All these exams are for reputed engineering institutes and are relatively easy or at the JEE level.
