What are the procedure for withdrawing seat in WBJEE counselling, if my seat alloted in 1st round and choose yes up-gradation?

Dear aspirant,

Yes you can withdraw at any time. See after you got a seat in rounf 1 you had to visit a allotment centre and pay a certain amount, Incase you haven't done that then kindly visit that centre and ask then to cancel your admission throught wbjee. Incase you've paid already and now you'e decided to withdraw then visit that same centre and ask them to cancel your application and that you'd like to withdraw. The money will be refunded later.
