Hello aspirant, as you mentioned that your domicile is of Delhi. And your category certificate that is OBC certificate belongs to Kolkata. In this case I would like to inform you that -

If you want to seats in State quota of your respective state than you must have residential and caste certificate both certificate must be issues of same state. You can apply from CSC of your locality.
