All India merit list of the qualified candidates  prepared on the basis of All India rank (AIR) in the Merit List of the NEET. Category rank tells us about our rank in that particular category. For example, if you get 1 lakh All India Rank, this rank will tells your rank including all category students. Category rank in OBC tells us about your rank in only OBC category.

Reservation of seats in government medical colleges in All India Quota are

1. 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates,
2. 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates,
3. 27% seats in Central Educational Institutions are reserved for OBC candidates.

So, OBC rank considered in All India Quota.
