 Indira Gandhi National Open University had started the fresh applications for July 2019 session from May 14, 2019. The last date of IGNOU registration for UG, Diploma and PG programmes was July 15, 2019, whereas for certificate programmes was May 31, 2019. So , the last date of registration for B.A was 15 July,  so you cannot register now.
