Greetings,

NLAT was the entrance exam that NLSIU Bangalore introduced in September this year as an alternative for CLAT after it decided to not take admission on the basis of CLAT scores. However, just a few weeks later the exam sparked controversies and backlash (it was poorly conducted also) and the Supreme Court quashed its validity following which NLSIU was forced to accept CLAT scores for 2020 admission. Still now, NLAT remains in the grey area and as of yet no official information is given as to whether it will be held again next year.

good luck, you can check more info on the exam on some official sites like that of the NLSIU if they have not already removed it.

Hello,

NLAT stands for The National Law School of India University (NLSIU),

NLSIU, Bangalore will not accept the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores this academic year and will instead conduct its own National Law Aptitude Test (NLAT) for admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the university.
