Jadavpur University only accepts WBJEE score/rank to provide admission in Engineering programs asthey dont consider Jee main. Also, the cut off varies branch, category and home state wise so I would suggest you to go through the below article to know the cut off as per your requirement -

It takes admission through WBJEE only. Your rank should be under 2000 to get Jadavpur university under general category in WBJEE. Cut off varies branches wise.
